Abstract: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent endocrine disorder among reproductive-aged women, characterized by hormonal imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, and reproductive complications. Emerging evidence highlights the critical role of diet in modulating insulin resistance, inflammation, and hormonal irregularities associated with PCOS. This review explores the impact of therapeutic nutrition strategies, including macronutrient composition, micronutrient supplementation, and dietary interventions, in improving metabolic and hormonal outcomes in PCOS patients. By integrating recent research findings, this paper aims to elucidate the role of dietary modifications in PCOS management and their potential implications for clinical practice.
