Journal of Current Research in Food Science is an official publication of the Society of Food Science and Nutrition. The journal is a Peer Reviewed International Open Access Journal which is abstracted in various reputed databases. The food science journal provides the platform with the aim of motivating the students and personnel in all fields of food science and nutrition.

The food science journal publishes articles in all fields of food science and nutrition, which includes: emerging safety and toxicological issues, food quality and safety, nutraceuticals, functional foods and functional ingredients, food engineering, proteomics, metabolomics, nutrigenomics etc.
