Journal of Current Research in Food Science is a Peer Reviewed International Open Access Journal which will be abstracted in various reputed databases. The Journal provides the platform with the aim of motivating the students and personnel in all fields of food science.

The journal publishes articles in all fields of food science which includes: emerging safety and toxicological issues, food quality and safety, nutraceuticals, functional foods and functional ingredients, food engineering, proteomics, metabolomics, nutrigenomics etc.

This Journal is an ideal platform for anyone working in food science. Publications are welcome from students and professionals alike and will solely be judged on their content and scientific merit.
